Dave was very helpful when I first arrived at my unit. He made navigating the process easier and pleasant.

Storage seems fine, you get what you pay for.

Move in was okay. No one in office though.

Mike was extremely helpful. So far my experience has been amazing.thank you Mike

As a first time renter, I couldn't ask for a better experience. The manager, Mike, explained the process clearly & was very nice. For me, the location of this facility is a bonus, too.

The staff was very helpful. ED Showed me the unit. gave all instructions on how to sign in. hrs of operation. Products avaliable for moving. Ed called to see how we were making out with moving and if we needed anything. Unit was also clean

Finding a great public storage unit starts with great management conveyed to you, the consumer from ED. He walks you through all uncertainly one may have when renting a unit. All units are clean and leak free from rain. In all renting space at this location is a breeze with ED to back you all of the way!

We went there to complete some paperwork for another property. Ed was extremely helpful and made sure that everything was completed for us before we left. It was the best experience I have ever had at a Public Storage location.

Just started renting a space. As per usual the online price was very different from the actual store price as insurance and a bunch of other "necessary" fees were tacked on. That was a bit of a turn off but nonetheless customer service was good. Can't complain there. Would've been 5 if it wasn't for the extra $50 upon arrival.

I would recommend to anyone who needs affordable and convenient storage. The whole process was easy and I have no complaints.

Ed and Samantha have been fantastic. The units are secure, well lit, everything was explained to me so well and it's been a real pleasure using them for my storage needs during a move. I'd absolutely recommend them for their price, courtesy and professionalism. Ed contacted me by phone to ensure my experience met my expectations - which in fact were exceeded. The only problem was the carts to move your things in wheels front back were broken shouldn't have to lift cart in order to move your things ledgewood public storage needs to get New carts or repair wheels otherwise everything else was excellent

Not too difficult, only problem I had was that I live currently in SC and moving to NJ. to do this in person is impossible. So I had my daughter go in my place.

clean,dry,easy access

The gentleman -administrator (Ed) of the Storage facility place was very friendly, detailed and knowledgeable.

The customer is drawn in by the promotion rate of $1 for the first month which is great but the downside of this is the access times from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. for those of us that work prior to 6 and don't get off until five or six in the evening it makes it hard to hurry up and rush and get there so sometimes you need to access the place after 9 o'clock. So I believe 24-hour access should be mandated because we are paying for the storage facilities

Nothing but a good review using public storage. No issues and staff always there to help you out.

Felt threatened by late charge emails before they should have even been thought about!!! Does not make for a friendly customer relationship..

This is a 5' x 5' storage unit. It was dry, clean, safe and well-lit. There was always a dolly available onsite, which made moving things between vehicle to unit easy. Access hours were Mon-Sun 6:00am to 9:00pm. Occasionally I would have benefited if access was available after 9pm. Since access is through an automated gate opened by a key code, that would have been easy to set up. Not sure why they chose 9pm as the cutoff.
