Very good communication from the facility immediately after reserving through SpareFoot. Signing, etc. all went smoothly, and Danielle was particularly polite and helpful.

False advertising join today with a just 1 dollar storage and I paid damn near 65 dollars

Easy to use efficient just what I needed for a storage unit. Meets all my expectations. Go online to check prices and deals.like a month free- the prices do change a bit and if you start renting mid month your rate will be prorated. Lots of options and they help size up your needs.

Easy to reserve, very friendly staff. My only complaint is that they advertise the $1 first month and then with the $24 "administrative fee", insurance, taxes, etc., you end up paying $60 first month. Maybe it's true that that's described in the small text before you purchase, but it still seems a little slimy to me, no? Shouldn't that be made clear? The administrative fee wasn't mentioned to me until the moment before I was supposed to slide my card to pay. That immediately established in me a lack of trust toward this company, whose contracts, actions, fees, and charges I will meticulously check from this point on. Seems like bad business.

Rented a space at Public Storage and received tremendous service from James! He treated us with respect and made the whole moving process much easier for us.

My husband and I have been struggling with our moving process for a few days now, it's literally the most annoying thing I believe I have ever had to do. But, thanks to Brianna, the manager there, and her patience with us, we got through it, and with her help, it made the ordeal that much more easy.

The manager James is a great guy. I came here to check out the facility a few weeks ago and the ease dealing with him and his pleasant attitude made me feel comfortable renting the facility. So, today I rented a space. Great service.

I spent 5 years at Public Storge and had a wonderful experience. I went in on Sunday to end my contract and James and Brianna were so nice and helpful. They have done a wonderful job in improving the grounds inside and out. I have never seen a warehouse that clean! Thank you Public Storage for taking care of my belongings all these years. I will definitely recommend to everyone.

I am quite happy with being able to have somewhere to keep my household belongings while I find a new place to live. I'm grateful for the protected, climate controlled spaces. The staff is friendly, especially Fatuma. She's always cheerful and smiling. Have met Adam who is also helpful and nice. My one regret is that, at this property, people use the back entrance as a dump. It is difficult to load storage items on the provided carts because there is so much dumped furniture, boxes of paper refuse, that it is impossible to get close to the curb. There are no signs saying no dumping and no monitoring of this back entrance. I've seen dumped stuff cleared once, but it continues to be a community dump. Sad, really, that a few would ruin it for the rest of us....

The property manager Kristina was above-and-beyond helpful, the facility was well maintained, and the location was great for where I've moved too. Definitely would recommend if you're in the area and need storage.

The staff was extremely professional, experienced, and helpful. The facility is clean and organized. I am very pleased with my choice of storage facilities. I would recommend your services to others.

My wife and I were happy with the physical plant, the size of our space, the hours of access, and especially the cost per month. We were also quite happy with the service we received. We are quite happy.

Staff are very accommodating, efficiency and the storage is very clean
