Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not as fancy as the newer storage developments but it does the job. I like that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not very busy there and that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s easy to back up your truck and load/unload.

She's very pleasant to work with. ~ very clean storage units & many different sizes to choose from ~ very secure; they give you an access code to get into your unit, first to enter into the lot, then to go into the elevator & up to your unit ~ climate controlled, which is great for your belongings, including clothes ~ CHOOSE PUBLIC STORAGE!

Everything about renting a space and moving in went smoothly. The on-site manager was courteous and helpful. No problems whatsoever.

Toni was an awesome sales person answered all my questions she was quite knowledgeable about the facility and the rules and how to make me feel comfortable with my precious belongings. She even called to remind me my payment was due since I started mid month and forgot. She made me feel like I mattered. Everything was easy and quick!!

After having a terrible experience at another storage facility, registering at Public Storage was such a positive experience. The woman at the front desk was very knowledgeable about the whole process. Having an elevator and wide carts to help move in your belongings was such a help. My only problem was the lights were out right outside my unit which made it alittle hard to see. But, you do deserve the 4 starts. If the lights were checked it would have been a 5 star rating.

I feel the staff could have been friendlier. The times I walked into the actual front desk area, the reps seemed unhappy or annoyed. The actual storage facility has a lot of security, so I felt my stuff was safe.
