All good. Started the move and nothing negative to report

Everything worked out fine spaces are neat and clean

Kathleen was great sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s friendly and helpful. No issues to report thus far I was able to get a great rate for 6 months. We shall see how it goes after then. For now Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very pleased with this facility.

Great experience. Facility is bright and clean and well maintained. Customer service is awesome and Sydney was a huge help with getting me set up with my unit.

Alison, was amazing. She was friendly, informative, and accomdating. She was helpful and patient as I asked questions and then opted for a larger unit.

Melissa S. was wonderful. She walked us through the process and helped us make the decision on the size of our storage area. She showed us the different size boxes and again helped us to decide on which ones were best for us. She was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed her pleasant personality.

Public Storage was so friendly and helpful. They always have a good promotion on their website or when you call. They are month to month, making it easy to cancel. The place is super clean and very safe. I highly recommend them.

Everything is just great, with the exception of the temperature. it's a little too high.

The process of renting and obtaining my storage unit was very easy. The staff was very nice and explained everything. The only things I would add is I made my reservation online and requested that details be texted to me, but someone called me the next day. Also, the web site did not say you had to make an appointment with the property manager to get your unit, it only says to be there before the office closes. I was told I needed to make an appointment. Not a huge deal to me, but could be an issue for someone else. Overall, I am still very pleased with my experience

The facility was exactly what I needed. The space was clean and temperature controlled. I have used this location in the past and came back here again. Good customer service.

Rented a unit with my cousin today for her dorm room items during the summer and some things of mine. The whole process was quick and thorough. James is the manager there and welcomed us when we came in and gave us bottles of water to cool off from packing and moving all day. He showed us the storage and explained everything in detail, even including how to make sure the lock is properly put on. Apparently, some people do not lock their doors properly, but it was important for him to explain how this can happen. He even suggested something to keep the space dry to prevent our clothes and tv from getting ruined by humidity. He really cares about the people he deals with and I feel safe knowing he is in charge of the place we're keeping our things. My cousin and I recommend this location and James if you need storage. P.S. Congrats James on you and your wife expecting!

Met with James on 4/17/17 to view my available options regarding storage unit sizes available. James was a pleasure to deal with. He was waiting for us at our scheduled appointment time, and he was courteous, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us in detail, regarding the contract, and available insurance. I could not be happier with the service. Thank you James, it's not to often these days that you find people who take pride in what they do, and do their job as well as you. PS: My wife and I after a long trip from our home in Pa ate lunch at Anthony's Italian Restaurant across from Public Storage, which James recommended, and it was fantastic

It was a good process getting in. It will change to 5 stars when they fix amount we pay each month. Hope it's fixed soon.unit was great and manager was great. She went through everything we needed to know.they fixed it. Yahoo. 5 stars.

The customer service was great. The young lady was very knowledgable of the facility. I called at least 6 other Storage Facilities in the area and Public Storage was by far the cheapest and was offering a promotion!! Thank You so much for the 1st month at $1.

I would suggest public storage in Wayne NJ. The girl there really was extremely helpful. She really knows her job.

From the time that I called on a Sunday to now, all of the people that I have had to deal with have been polite and concerned for my needs (unit size). The person on the phone was perfect in finding me the best location. Tina, who worked with me at my location, was great in making sure that my unit was the size I needed. And the other day I returned a lock and I received copies of all the paperwork. This has been a great experience.
