The space is great overall; the staff and management have been very helpful and friendly, the building seems well maintained and safe, and there is a nice view out the window near my unit. My only complaint is that my unit is located on a side of the building which does not have easy access from the elevators. The doorways, which must be passed through to access the unit, are significantly narrower than the hallways, making the movement of large boxes or objects significantly more difficult.

Great experience. We used the space for over a year. Never any problems. Everything was in good order when it was time to move out. Kaitlyn was very helpful in finalizing our exit. Many thanks to Sal for his help and good humor throughout. Good place to store your stuff.

I have been using this storage facility for 4 years. It has always been clean, safe and easy to access for moves in and out of the space. Yesterday I transferred my belongings to a smaller unit it was a relative breeze given the helpful staff and great carts, wide hallways etc. Sal is always wonderful and yesterday, Kaitlyn helped and she was terrific as well. Highly recommend - I live in Brooklyn and I use this facility because I need a temperature controlled facility at a good price. Always worth the drive.

Our experience has been nothing but positive so far! Sal is the gentleman who assisted us. He was upbeat and friendly, and he explained all the details clearly. The facilities are clean and well lit, and according to my research, the price is competitive. The hours of access are convenient to our schedules, as we both work late, and we felt safe being there in the evening (in the dark). The carts that are freely available were a huge help to moving our belongings into our unit without injuring our backs. We have nothing but good things to say. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who asks.

Good price for storage but one thing I was little bit disappointed because when I was looking for the lock online it was much cheaper but in the store it's like $5 more.they should keep the same price online and store,other than that the lady in the front desk was helpful.

The local facility on Browertown Road in Woodland park is clean and well run. Staff are professional and congenial. However, I feel that corporate policy fails to acknowledge customer loyalty. On-line promotions are not available to return customers. While it certainly makes sense to provide incentives for customers to patronize a business, in my opinion it is equally important to reward customer loyalty.

Rosemary took care of my initial rental recently. She was knowledgeable and on top of taking care of the facility. I asked about bugs (eek). She told me that the facility did not have a problem with bugs, but once the warmer weather set in, she would have exterminators spray. That's my kind of service!

Staff is extremely knowledgable and was able to not only answer all my questions but also provide recommendations that were beneficial to my needs.
