Easy move got the storage unit the same day I needed it.

Unit was clean easy to get to

Both Tammy & Bernice are great! Very nice & helpful! Good to know that they are there if you need any assistance. Move in went well but unfortunately, there was only 1 trolley at the loading area. Called Tammy to inform her & she was very quick to fix the problem. Truly appreciate that!

i've only been there 2 times but every time someone is parked in the no parking zone . and there is a bump going from the blacktop to the cement and you have a hard time getting the cart up . other then that its fine .

Average concern with anything was displayed. Not to impressed. Got the job done. Took a while need another person took longer than necessary because people kept walking in to pay or but items.

The main area floor could look better; it looks dirty; the elevators have silver panels missing which makes the elevators not appear clean; the temp could be a little cooler in the storage areas; the storage part is good so far

Low pricing ,friendly service. Only thing storage has a slight smell may need air freshener to store clothes or fabric furniture

Joe was friendly, professional and accomodating. First unit shown needed to be swept clean. Second unit was just right. I trust my things will be safe in storage here.

Facility is nice, but has some gate issues. We visited 2 PS locations and received different answers to the same questions at each location (i.e. - pest control). Website seems to be sporadic. Staff is friendly and willing to help where they can.

Kristin was very thorough and. . helpful to us and we decided To use the public storage. She is great. Everyone should be like her.

I went to six different public storages to find the best place for me to keep my stuff for 2 months. Juan was the most professional, efficient, and nice person who helped me out. He took his time to be extremely patient and gave me price comparison of different units. Can't believe someone can be this professional with helping out his customer. I highly recommend this storage over anywhere else.

The move in went very well. Kristin provided excellant service as property manager. Please, I ask corporate to consider the following: provide more flat beds (2 more), provide shopping carts (2) for smaller items, provide one hand truck to sign out at office. Clean and wax lobby floors outside elevators. Hang wall fabric in elevators for protection of elevator walls. Provide very flat curbing at entrance of lobby. It will get rid of elevated edgw on sidewalk. Clean bathrooms!

Overall a good value. They sell you a lock for $17 that's really not that great but since you don't have one on you ( I had 3 at home), to reserve it you have to have a lock so they have you. You also get slammed at the end with a $22 "administrative fee" that just more profit. I asked for a month free and was told yes. Then upon discussing mu 10 by 10, I only received 50% off one month. I wanted to shop around but was told they were short on the size and floor of unit I wanted. You also need insurance at a minimum through PS at $11 a month. Overall, much more expensive to store a small amount of stuff than you would think.

If you need extra space this is like owning a larger garage.
