Very clean and good customer service.

Kyra was a pleasure to work with. We found social distancing to be in practice. She wiped the computer and the payment pin pad off in between each customer.

Very nice facility. Clean units, reasonable prices. Only problem is I don't think I should have to enter gate code when leaving the lot. Very annoying and quite unnecessary!

Tracy is super to work with -- my only complaint is that you cannot benefit from specials on more than one unit. Seems there are ways that you can prevent people from taking advantage and you could be more forthcoming that you cannot. I went with you guys because of the specials and thought I could get 2 units - honestly a bit deceptive and would not go with you guys again for that reason or recommend you.

The Bayville , NJ facility was,just perfect for us. Tracy was very friendly and and assisted us in every way possible. The facility was large, secure and clean. Easy access to our unit

Extremely pleased with our experience at Public Storage. It was affordable, convenient and the initial set-up and contract were explained perfectly. Customer Service was excellent, Heather was awesome and reviewed everything we needed to know. We would recommend Public Storage to everyone who needs additional space.

i am a little taken back on the price although it seems competitive. My 10x15 climate controlled unit is in excess of $200.00 and that is in the neighborhood of a car payment. I was also surprised the lighting is compromised and wonder if in a public place it meets OSHA requirement.

To expensive for the amount of space !

I used this Public Storage Facility for 7 months after I downsized my home from Sept. 2016 to March 2017. They were very accommodating and the facility was well run and always clean. I always felt safe too. Shannon and Lauren were always very helpful and answered all my questions. I will recommend this facility to friends and family.
