It's easy access and nice facilities

Operated was friendly and the process was easy to do online

The move went smoothly. I was informed by a young lady as to the progression and made aware of the stipulations. I don't have any issues. I would definitely recommend this storage center.

Overall it was an excellent experience.We were shown the storage unit and did the paperwork all within 10 minutes. Customer service was amazing! I definitely would recommend.

I thing I was not happy was zize the storage was designed I taught 10x10 was bigger .

Staff made the process very easy. Everything was explained. Mike did a great job.

Mike wwlcomed me in a courteous, informative, professional manner. He patiently showed me storage unit options. He thoroughly cleaned out the unit I chose. He answered every question and gave me every assurance that my valuables would be safe, dry and accessible.

The office was nice and had locks available for purchase. Manager was very helpful and kind, and the units are normal.

I'm very satisfied with my choice to use CubeSmart. Mike offered several options for my space needs, and even came back with follow-up suggestions. I'm pleased!

My wife and I are between houses right now,and had to put our possessions into self storage last minute. I signed up on line, and my cube was ready for me when I showed up. The manager even brought us an ice-cold water when we were unloading the truck. We were extremely grateful since it was 100 degrees out!

My experience with Cube Smart-self storage in Hamilton has been a very good one. The employees are professioonal and friendly. Frank the employee who handled my account was very courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Based on Frank's level of expertise I was able to chose a storage space that help fit my personal need.

The storage was convenient. Paperwork in and out. Very fast.

Computers were down and they could not take my CC payment. All paper work had to be done manually and I had to pay in cash. It took way too long.
