My daughter called on her way to facility. She was going to arrive just before closing. At that time, rep told her he needed cash or check book (she had neither). She called me in a panic as she was flying out of country next morning. I called back and convinced the rep that his credit card machine not working was not our problem, and he needed to figure out a solution. He agreed; but his previous conversation with my daughter was ridiculous as he acted like he had no options (and she would be late if stopped at bank) and couldn't process payment if she was even one minute late.

Move in was efficient, facility is clean and easy to access.

Was recently evicted with very short notice from school housing, and Life Storage made things very easy to handle. Took a lot of stress out of the moving process, thank you!

The guy in the front office was very helpful a d very nice.

We were looking for a small unit to put some stuff in storage . They had the best deal and price. I thought the facility was overall good. The only complaint I have is the customer service. There were 2 men in the office but only one seemed to be trained on the computer part which is fine but the other man didn't have any customer service skills. He could've at least greeted us and told us the other man would be with us shortly but instead he looked at us and continued to do whatever he was doing.

Overall, a very pleasant experience.
