Great storage facility !!! Scott the manager is the best ! He is so helpful and made the whole experience excellent !!!! We are totally new to all this and had to store my daughters things over summer from university. Scott helped us much and dealt with all my anxieties!!!! He is wonderful !!! The storage faculty is super clean and great location !!!! I highly recommend this facility!

The owner of the complex was super kind, helpful, and understanding. All the prices were as expected, and any potential issues that came up were handled by the owner who arranged the unit for us. I was super happy with the rental process! However, I was not aware that unit rental renewals happen at the first of each month, as I expected them to happen exactly one month after I started renting. If that could be made more clear ahead of time that would be great!!!

The person (sorry I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t remember his name) we made arrangements with on Tues 11/25 evening was very friendly and informative. He set us up with a storage locker and gave details on all the other benefits that come with the rental such as a free truck for short term use. We were able to complete a late night drop off of some items and weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re happy we chose Omega.

I was stuck abroad and had to move furniture in US. Called Mr. Scott the manager and coordinated everything over the phone. very helpful, supportive and transparent.

The Omega Storage on site representatives Scott, and Jessie, provided excellent assistance setting up, reserving units, preparing the Omega truck for use in local move. They both had terrific attitudes, attention to detail, and went beyond, even coming over to my location when I had trouble with starting the truck. They were helpful in finding the best rental unit solution, and overall made the experience very positive- even a little very appropriate humor thrown in. They made sure the truck and office sanitized due to current situation in our nation. I hope their work is recognized.Thanks,

Friendly and quick service. Had to get a unit last minute and rent a u haul when the University kicked us out and it was easy here.

This place is located in a nice rural area and staffed by friendly folks. Really good first impression!

I just moved and I was looking for a place to store my Camper. I eventually found Omega. I called to inquire and Jessie was just amazing! He made me feel comfortable that my camper would be in good hands and even said he would stay late to meet me if I was running late. The price was fair. He had all the paperwork done and had me on my way in about 10min. I would highly recommend Omega and Jessie if you need storage for anything!

Storage facilities often seem to be cold and unwelcoming places-however Omega Storage at 300 Lawrence Station Road, in Lawrence, N.J.is quite unique with its very informative and friendly on-site management, clean office space and well lit and fenced in storage areas.

The staff was very friendly. The facilities are clean and in good repair. I feel that my possessions are safe and secure. So glad I found Omega Self Storage, it's always a gamble when you are doing things from a distance and you are unable to see who you are dealing with but everything worked out better than expected.

Quick and easy reservation and contract. Scott was extremely courteous knowledgeable and helpful.

good place, clean and easy to get to

I had a Sunday reservation moving my 87-year old mother. Omega claimed a Sunday office hours, no one's at the office but a cellphone number was available. Refused to honor my reservation but offered to come down if I would rent a different unit which cost twice the price. I went elsewhere.

This unit houses homeless people. Although they are 24 hours it leaves room for people to use as a living facility. Just go to the far back and after hours and you will find people sleeping in there vehicles. This is not a one day thing they sleep there everyday. Not safe for a women. I would not rent here at all ever again.

Just moved in yesterday but the unit was clean and we used their loner truck which was very convenient. So far so good

The storage units are on a very nice lot, great security, the stuff was friendly, and overall very affordable.

No problems with a 2.5 month reservation. They were able to take us last minute and even provided a free moving truck (within 20 miles). Storage center was clean and organized. 24 hour access was very helpful as we were moving all throughout the night. Facility relies on security codes and personal locks (you provide your own) so feels secure to me.

Scott waited past closing time for me to get there because I was running late. Explained the contract information and handled it quickly, even helped another customer while working on my paper work. Clean office and storage unit, friendly service. Good deal.

I rented space for my child's furnishings during college summer break. The staff went out ther way to assist, the price was reasonable, and the storage space was clean and easy to access.

The space they provide are large, clean, and more affordable than anything that you would find on campus storage. I would definitely reccomend this to anyone thinking about having a storage unit over summer break.

Good place to store stuff during summer. We 3 students rent a smallest room and cost us 40 dollars per month.

I have for 3months already. It's been great ever since I have rented. The people (Scott; Facility manager) is amazing unlikly other places. He took care of matters like his own. He has great understanding of the tenant's concerns and tries to accommodate the situations. The price is very good, and facilities are very clean. The service is excellent including moving trucks, packing materials. The people are very kind and happy like your family. I gave them two thumbs up!!!!

Over the course of 2015 my rental rate of my box went up 3 times 1st was ten dollars second was fifteen and third was ten dollars. I asked the so called manager there SCOTT each time it was raised if it would go up again he assured me it wouldn't each time. This past increase was the last straw I removed my belongings from the box and SCOTT repeatedly lied to me by saying the rate can go up when ever we please. I asked multiple times to speak to the owner he tells me he is the owner I know he is not. Bring your stuff elsewhere this place is not worth dealing with.

Awesome convenient and kind

The Unit I ordered, when I went & saw it I realized all my stuff wasn't going to fit, I spoke with the person In the office she was Very Accommodating, Helpful & Understanding. They are the lowest price, best customer service out there. My other unit in public storage was broke into and things were stolen. My mother recently passed away & things she gave me through the years & things she left me are gone now, I am so distraught over this, it is unreal to me. I am still waiting on the insurance company to help me. No Matter What it won't bring back the cherished memorabilia. But this one was wonderful!! I fell good about having what I have left of my important & valued things there.

Scott is very helpful and accommodating. The free rental truck is fabulous...makes moving in the unit a lot easier. It is a nice touch. The unit is roomy and at a fair price.

Friendly and helpful staff. Dollys available to renters if needed. Packing supplies available for purchase. I feel my stuff is stored securely and easily acessible to me, and at a reasonable price. I would recommend to a friend.

It couldn't have been better. The cost, location, security fence & cameras, cleanliness, in-stock supplies for moving help, & overall ambiance were superior. However, the very BEST thing about our experience at Omega in Lawrenceville was the friendly, knowledgeable, & professional customer service provided by Scott. He went above the call to help us.

It was fast easy and the clerk was extremely helpful and nice.

The storage as such is pretty good and clean. The access to the storage was good too. I drove a 17' UHaul straight in front of my unit. Following are few points to be noted. They are not of big concern but one should know these before using this storage - - They advertised free use of moving truck. But their truck was not in service and dint try to apologies or compensate for this. - The unit no longer offers 24/7 access. Its 9 AM to 10 PM - No online account management - There is a PIN keypad to enter the gated area. But no keypad to exit. The only way to exit is through a vehicle. Once the vehicle reaches near the gate, a camera senses and opens the gate automatically. If for any reason we try to walk out, the gate wouldn't open.

Checking in to move in took forever. About 2 hours. Other than that moving in was easy and smooth.

The place was accommodating and easy to work twitch. My only comment was that my reservation stated and indoor climate controlled unit and I got an outdoor non-climate controlled unit. This caused me to change what I was planning to store, but was an easy work around. Place was friendly and nice!

The move in worked out quick with convenient 24/7 access.

After comparing prices for about 8 storage facilities in a 10-mile radius of my home, I felt that Omega offered a competitive rate, especially for the climate-controlled unit I wanted. I was able to move in the same day of reservation and found the premises to be clean and secure. I appreciate that there are dollies in each building for customer use. I believe they have a free moving truck for customers but I didn't check into that.
