From the first contact to arrival on site on day one, Public Storage made it painless to secure the space we needed. The manager at the facility in Lawenceville NJ was incredibly helpful, walked us through the access process and to the unit itself. Hard to imagine an easier experience or more friendly or helpful staff....and first month was $1.00

Aeisha was wonderful and accommodating when the unit I thought I had reserved was already taken. She got permission from her boss to give us a larger unit at the same price. I had to pay full price at the time but was told I would get a refund and would be charged the promised rate each month. If that comes to pass, I will rate the place 5 stars.

I had an excellent experience with Public Storage. I was storing my dad's belongings after he passed away, so that I could slowly go back through them. Nora really helped me find the right size and type of storage unit for my stuff and was so genuine and compassionate. I feel like she treated me like more than just a customer, but even as a friend.
