The sign-up process was very easy and straightforward, especially the online registration process. The facility's manager, Amy, was very helpful and knowledgeable. This is a perfect resource for anyone who needs extra space on a temporary or long-term basis.

I was shown a rather dilapidated unit that had a cinder block wall and evidence of water damage on the walls, and in the ceiling. This was in the old section of building K. I declined to rent that unit and was willing to look at a slightly larger one in better shape with better climate control, but if I had not been in a hurry to get a space I probably would have not gotten anything at all. I don't like the feeling that this was a bait and switch to get me to rent a more expensive unit, even if that was not the case. If there are units in such a bad state, they should be repaired and all evidence of damage removed. Mold, water stains, old cardboard adhered to the cinderblock wall...these do not inspire confidence. That being said, the representative who helped me was very pleasant and helpful, explained the policies and pricing very comprehensively, and I am happy to say that I had a very good experience with her.

I have used Public Storage in the past for a number of years and find it o be very convenient as far as space, location, price. I would recommend Public Storage to my family and friends as a company who can meet your needs.

Who was very professional and helpful , and answered all my questions. Will be going to store with public storage in October. Excellent customer service!!!!

Quick friendly service

India is very professional and informative. She is the asset of this company. I am very pleased with her service. She deserves a raise and a promotion. But don't send her too far, because I still wish to speak to her from time to time.

I had a wonderful experience! The site manager, India, was extremely helpful and professional. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend!!!

Working with this location has been wonderful. Manager India worked with us through an out of state reservation and move realized that the size we had reserved was going to be too small. She kept us updated as to what came open and we were able to drive over with five minutes notice to finalize the rental. Everything was explained very clearly and concisely. Both she and Jasmine, who finalized the rental, were professional and understood the value of both our and their time. This is a great facility to work with (and well located)!
