The doors to my unit are very sticky, don't open, close, or latch corredly, though they are usable by fiddling with them a lot. They need to keep their units in better shape. Usable, but not nearly up to the standard of other units that I've rented in the past. I usually rent from U-Haul, but Public Storage was a lot closer, and I needed a unit in a hurry. Personnel are friendly enough, very helpful, but the facility detracts from the overall experience.

I had such a great experience renting a unit with public storage! Lisa is amazing and made sure I was all taken care of! I had been to about 5 self storage facilities in my area and no one made me feel as comfortable and secure as Lisa did. I needed to get into a unit immediately and unexpectedly and I was able to view and rent the unit on the spot! Just walked in. Lisa made it that easy! I would definitely recommend using this public storage!

Moving is never easy. What to keep? What to pack? What to donate? What to discard? Having a place to safely and securely keep your prized possessions is very important. My personal experience with the location I chose was wonderful. The manager, Lisa offers perfection. Everything was explained and detailed and the whole experience was stress free. This is the second time I have used Public Storage and I would highly recommend them to everyone. The manager is very helpful and kind and makes the experience of storing personal items so much easier and friendlier. We had a problem with our lock and the manager was right there to help. We couldn't get if off the door and it was busted. Not only did the manager get it off but she had high quality locks available at a very reasonable price. Public Storage at Groveville Road & Route 130 in Bordentown is great!
