Amy was a great help with the process of transferring from one unit to the other, being patience and explaining all the details of the paperwork, later she checked the vacant unit and confirmed that was in good shape. Also days before Antonio gave us the information and showed us the an available unit, took his time to walk with us and explained the details of the locks. Amy was such a charismatic worker and so helpful when i came in. She greeted me with a bright smile and helped so much with choosing a unit. I told her what i needed and she gave me plenty options and gave me guarantee that the unit she helped me pick out, would be exactly what i needed.
