Easy loading and unloading, plenty of curb room, carts provided, and well lighted hallways. Customer service agent was very pleasant, she made sure I was ok getting through the gate and gave me simple directions to find my unit. Best experience I've ever had with a storage facility.

From past experience I knew that there can be waiting lists for storage units. I was pleasantly pleased with the process of obtaining a unit through the website. I was able to see the units available and the prices which made it easy to select one and rent it. The whole process was really easy. Once we located the unit I was able to move in the same day. I like that you can open the gates with your phone and overall this has been a good experience. Unit was as described and I am very happy
