So at the last minute, I was trying to obtain a small storage unit to store some items that needed to be removed from my old residence. I already was doing this move under abnormal and rushed circumstances, and to make it even worse it was Memorial Day weekend shortly before they closed. I was able to rent a unit at the last minute, but actually decked to rent woth them because of a great promotion they were offering for two months. I only plan to be using the unit for about 1-2months so it was a win win situation.

Love the fact that I have 24 hour access. But the lighting is so bad at night could hardly see inside unit. Outside was dimly light as well.

For a 24 hour storage the lighting could be better. Had to use flashlight to see in the unit to load.

The reservation process was simple. The site is quite secure. Storage unit was clean and spacious. Very convenient for kayaks paddle boards bikes and all other sorts of items that need to be stored but don't require climate control.

The man working the front desk was amazing. He was very friendly and showed the unit before I signed anything. He didn't pressure me to rent because of a sale either. Overall it was great!

Best deal I could find! Office is extremely polite and flexible.

worked with Sam, she went out of way to make things work.She made me feel welcomed,had the paperwork ready ( even without power). it was a great experence

Without Sam going above and beyond I would have been lost. I reserved my unit and within minutes she called me to let me know the one I wanted was no longer available since their internet was down and the inventory was wrong. She did such a wonderful job. During all this she even gave a friend of mine her cell number so if it was after hours or on sunday she could be there for them since the storm took so much from everyone.

clean & neat, security gate with plenty of lights.

I know the facility is old but the outside could use some updating. The units are very clean and the pricing is way better than I could ask for. Other places in the area are not as accomodating. The manager was wonderful and a great people person.

I ordered service online and the day i went there to get my unit, no one was at the office. I called but no one answered. I then called the 800 number and they tried to accommodate me but was given a higher price. I then received a call back from them and they told me the person in the office hadn't told them they were gone for lunch. I was able to get the original unit and all was well. I like the place but had some minor glitches. I still would recommend it as they do they're best to make the customer happy.
