Slow service. Was made to fill out paperwork twice. Rep was unhelpful.

Everthing was explained to my daughter and myself very clearly after we were shown the storage unit. The rep was very professional and caring. And you can't beat the price. Would def recommend woodbridge storage

Renting A Storage facility here Came in handy. The staff over there Are very friendly And not nasty or rude unlike other places. Conchita, the front desk lady, Was very nice and welcoming too. The convenient part is that you can go in and out at anytime of the day regardless of how late it is. I would give this a go.

I switched from public storage to here the price is almost the same for double the size cannot complain. Very very clean even the restroom was extremely clean and the office as well and great customer service!

Representative was very polite and helpful. When I noticed the storage size I reserved was not large enough, she had no problem changing my reservation.

We were so apprehensive with this rental process - since we have never had the need to do so. However, once we contacted Access & spoke with Kim (customer rep) at the Woodbridge location, our minds were at ease. She went through the whole process with us step-by-step explaining everything when we came in to speak with her. Her customer service skills & communication is what made up our mind to go with Access. The unit itself was clean & move-in condition on the same day. We are so happy with our decision. Eveyone I hae met at Access of Woodbridge have been friendly and professional. The storage area was easy and convenient to set up and use, while providing a safe and secure atmosphere.

Arrived from out of state about 25 minutes before closing. Representative reluctantly processed my reservation. Lengthy process requires more than signing the rental form and paying your money.
