The unit is very clean with cameras all over the facility. Carts are available to help moving larger items. Price is fair compared to other climate controlled storage units.

I was a bit disappointed to notice the lights were turned off when I returned to finish loading the rest of my apartment into the storage unit. Other than that, very nice area.

We have been using this facility for several months now and I have no complaints at all. Even with all the rains this past year we experienced no wetness or flooding. Facility has always been clean whenever I have been inside. Dollies to help move are a blessing and in good working order. Would definitely recommend.

There is no way to contact a human being either by phone or text. Last week one of the main doors was wide open with a broken lock, and I was unable to close it. The bathrooms are dirty. Someone needs to stop by at least weekly and attend to it. Also, there should be a discount for existing customers to rent a second unit.

Have had no issues in the 2 years Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had storage here. Pretty clean and well kept facility. Would like to see lights in the hallways. If possible, lights in the storage rooms would be really great. Perhaps 1-2 more dollys.
