online they advertized a monthly rental plus $15 one time admin fee and discounts for seniors and military vets...come appointment time, they add on $13+/mo insurance fee and no discounts, maybe you'll have better luck with them

I would recommend to a friend but the online add said if we paid 2 months we would get half off the first. When I asked the lady said no you already got a discount. You should be more up front and not bait and switch. I do have to say the storage unit was very nice and clean.
