I hate having to pay for storage! I shopped around, this is the best price and the least amount of paperwork. The manager was nice, quick and most importantly, competent. We were signed up and ready to move in, in about 10 minutes of walking in the office. Really appreciate it!

This place was perfect! I got a phone call follow up the day before my rental was due to start. The unit was ready and clean. The service was friendly the paperwork was quick and the fees were clear so there were no surprises. They made sure I had a confirmation email before I left so that I would be reminded of my upcoming auto payments. I was also given a card for an oops Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m paying late and need a free pass. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve never seen that before and it was comforting to have a free pass on hand just in case.

I was able to reserve a 5x10 storage unit. I had no problems getting to the storage unit and loading my belongings. The only issue is that after 7 pm local time, you have no access to your unit as there is a guard dog patrolling the site.

The storage facility is good. The Sparefoot did not have correct information. I reserved a 5x5 got to facility and they didn't have any to rent! I had to get large unit at higher cost. Not really what I wanted to deal with.
