When I first signed up, the first three months were half off so you had to pay for the first three months in full, which would’ve equal $150 cause it was 100 each month and they’ve been badgering me that they’re gonna put a lien on my stuff because I haven’t paid and I it’s crazy because I couldn’t have signed up for the 50% off unless you pay for the first three months in full and I know for a fact so I don’t like this whole thing it causes me extra time and time as money so that upsets me.

The storage facility seems very secure & is extremely clean. Has a well maintained restroom on site that comes in handy! Lisa has been my contact since day 1.. she is so very helpful & friendly. Always responds quickly to questions & truly seems to care about customer service. Prices are a bit higher at this location but having a more secure location is worth the extra compared to others that seem to have issues. Would highly recommend this facility!

Secure facility and friendly service

Staff were professional and kind however I was a little disappointed of the Hidden charges

Everyone has been nice and friendly, just disappointed that the advertised free truck came with stipulations no one explained til 5 days after renting the unit. Kinda led my husband and I on a wild goose chase for nothing and now we are in a bind. Otherwise good location and friendly people.

The lady that helped me was friendly and had me in and out in no time. Also liked how clean my unit was.

Cubesmart is great. Easy to access, great location, security seems great. The grounds are laid out well, easy to find your way around. Sizes are great! All around convenient and helpful.

I used to use Extra Space Storage, but the Cube Smart had the size of shed I needed. It would be nicer if it were a little cheaper, but overall I am very satisfied with the service.

Check-in was a bit confusing for the employee and she had to keep re-entering information into the computer because apparently it kept deleting our info when she was trying to transfer it from the master account online? We signed up for and reserved online, and also confirmed with a Lisa, another employee at the storage site (who was awesome and very helpful). We reserved a 10x15 unit but when arrived they had us assigned to 2- 5x15's which would not work for us at all. We were told by the check-in employee that they never know exactly what we sign up for online through that system??? Overall, everything worked out though. I suggest perhaps getting the paperwork and reservation instructions clear with all of the employees. Great move-in special with the first month free, but the monthly price seemed a bit high to us coming from a different storage unit out-of-state paying only $45.00 for a 10x20 unit. Your prices seem in line to the other storage facilities locally though.

Great customer service. Nickey called me promptly, stayed for my last-minute arrival, and then when I realized I needed an even bigger storage unit before move-in, she efficiently made that happen for me. Highly recommend.
