Ida and Angelo were very helpful with the situation on storing my travel trailer it was tricky to get it parked but they handled the situation great overall.

Service was kickass!! The people were great!!

I was happy to find that I was able to do everything online and there were no issues on check in. Easy and painless.

Cannot answer fully. We just unloaded our furniture. But the woman that signed us in was very nice to work with.

Had to do paperwork twice. Manager gave me wrong code for my unit. So am unable to get in. I have been locked out of unit because I was given the wrong code.

These units are close to ABQ Airport We are riding a motorcycle around the country. When we need to fly out we look for storage units with drive up storage. This was perfect for our needs.

Grace was very nice. The only issue we had was that we had a promotion through UNM where we would receive $25 off, but something went on and were still pending review of that. Other than that, though, all went great.

The store manager, Grace, was very nice and helpful. I didn't have much experience with anyone else there, but she was great. The only issue that arose was that when we initially booked through the website, it said that we would get a $25 credit because of the student discount for UNM students and when talking to someone on the phone, they confirmed that we just brought the paperwork in to receive it....but once we checked out, there was some issue with giving it to us. So we're waiting on a supervisor.

We came in not knowing exactly what size storage we needed and Kris was great. It was a rush move and she set us up. I would recommend this place, they are great.

Overall this storage facility is much appreciated by me.

So far it has been an excellent experience. Great customer service and clean facility.

Gracie was very helpful and friendly. We did have to wait quite a while to be helped because Gracie was very busy and covering the front by herself.

Kind, knowledge staff; clean fascility, but price quoted does NOT include mandatory $11 a month insurance. You can get out of it by bringing in proof that you already have home owners insurance - but buyer beware.

We're talking last minute on Saturday afternoon! Didn't get what we wanted or were promised from Extra Space Storage and Cube Smart came through! The reservation was seamless through our Penske reservationist and the Cube Smart general manager was GREAT! She got the unit ready, and everything was seamless when we arrived! Excellent customer service and the unit, pricing and facility fantastic!

Received every possible courtesy from the staff!

Definitely plan on using next summer

I just moved to the NM area and needed a large storage unit I called places all day trying to find a place thatvwoild fit my budget (single mom). I was wowed when they gave me there price per month not to mention the move in/first month special. They were very affordable!!! The lady I talked to was welcoming, answered all my questiins, she made it feel like a friend not like just another customer she HAD to talk and deal with. I would defiantly recommend people to call them when looking for storage. Thank you cubeamart for taking care of my stored stuff and me!!

The person in the office was very friendly and helpful. I was able to reserve a unit online before arriving and able to complete everything else within a few minutes.

The only real letdown was the difference between the advertised unit size of 3x4 and the actual interior dimension of 2'6" x3'6" (plus the post along one wall). That ended up having only 75% of what was advertised. The advertised size should be right on smaller units.

It was fine. Nothing special, but nothing not special.

When I came in there was already someone there, dealing with something far more complicated than my stuff, but after a few minutes Linda helped me get started on my paper work and took me to see my new unit. I did a lot of looking on line, and this is the best priced units in town, or at least the best priced in the area I was looking. move in was a bit more expensive than I was hoping for, and it would have been nice to know about the mandatory insurance before I got there. but all in all not too bad.

Very happy with the whole experience. First time that I have rented storage space. Would tell my friends for sure!

Their website indicated a good price on a 3x4 foot (12 square feet) climate controlled unit, but when I got there and measured it, the unit was only about 28x40 inches (8 square feet) and would not fit my stuff. I ended up with a larger unit for about twice the price. The driveway outside the unit was on a hill and had uneven pavement, which made hand-trucking items a bit difficult. Security seemed better than average with different codes on both the main gate and climate controlled units. Linda was helpful.

It was good. Too much paper work. I don't appreciate the requirement to buy insurance.
