This location of CubeSmart is convenient well-located and nicely managed. The manager there went through everything in detail with me, walked me to the unit and arranged everything rapidly.

This is by far the cleanest storage facility in town. The manager explained the terms and billing very thoroughly and is very helpful any time we have a question. The property feels very safe as management is consistently on site making sure that anyone there is a customer with legitimate business being there. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a storage unit at a fair price. Gate code required to enter/exit and our unit has a door that is unlocked by a code to gain access to our indoor climate controlled unit.

I reserved online, and when I arrived at the facility the manager was courteous and helpful. He asked a few questions then showed me units so I could get a visual on what I might need. Finished up the paperwork and was all set. All in about 30 min. Great!

I was showed where my storage is. He helped me with my codes making sure I can open gate and the storage itself.

Very courteous and helpful. Took me to the storage and it was very clean. Easy access to the unit itself. Price is affordable and love the idea of no contract.

I’m not from around Albuquerque and I made this reservation before getting here. Blake was very kind and helpful to me and my husband especially not knowing what kind of things are around here. She showed interest in helping us with our storage and getting us a good deal. She answered all my questions and even helped me find places to stay while I’m currently stationed here. Any words to describe her would be a “cool-beans” personality!

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. They really do care about security and safety. Not just another customer. Would recommend to anyone!

Right on time, gave me all of the info I needed and more that I could use.

They hooked me up quickly with the unit I needed. Extra fees at the time of move in, of course, but overall they are reasonable. I needed a quick place that was affordable to store my stuff and they had that. Really nice people and great customer service. I would use them again if I had to.

Above and beyond any other!! Jess Parker is the best, just when I was ready to give up, he was the light at the end of the tunnel.

There was an admin fee which included a lock and first month free, so it was a good deal for my needs.

The location is not In The best area of town; however everything else was above exceptional. The customer service in particular was absolutely awesome. The entire property is kept neat and tidy. And the price can't be beat- ESPECIALLY since you don't have to sign a lease that lasts the entirety of the rest of your life.

Love the customer service the security and the units love the one way in and out and the time there open

My wife and I are very pleased with the prompt and courteous attention of Jess, the on-site manager at Cubesmart in Albuquerque. It was reassuring to have him as our first human contact in our new hometown: Jess makes a good first impression, and treated us right. He even went so far as to take the time to give us suggestions about where to eat, what to do, etc., as we had no idea. Everything is top-notch; you will be pleased with the service, facilities, access, and security.

I was quoted a price per month, but had to buy insurance on my stored goods at $11/mo (I have never had to do that before) and was charged a registration fee of $20 (I have never paid that before either). The space was supposed to be 5 x 10 feet, but was actually 2 adjoining spaces at 5 x 5 ft. on different levels, making the use om on items difficult. Personnel were nice though.

Although this facility is out of the way for me, the same facility down the street from my house has higher prices, doing business with this facility was quick and easy.
