Extra Space Storage - 7261 - Albuquerque - McLeod Rd

Rented a 5x5 unit for $35 months on May 3. Nowhere on the paperwork or ad did it mention the rate was only good for a limited time days! Received notice in July that my rent was being adjusted to the "market rate" price of $70 effective September 3!!! Too much for a 5x5 unit. Planning to move to a different, less expensive facility.

While I appreciate that you're the most affordable unit I could find, I can't help feeling like y'all are capitalizing on people's suffering right now. In fact, if you lowered prices, you'd probably have triple the clientele of your competitors. I'm here because I need to be, and the woman who worked with me was lovely, but I don't appreciate the general price gauging.

Reba is rude and not very friendly.

The staff at extra space storage, went above and beyond to answer any and all questions. They made sure I got into a storage unit that sane day. Serena was a little bust however she contacted another facility to ask them if they would call me and get my paperwork completed over the phone.she took it even a step further and went and introduced herself and made sure everything ran smoothly... great teamwork and customer service
