Noah was inviting the moment he answered the phone. Noah displays a customer service that has been lost for quite some time with other companies. Noah was honest and very helpful during my move in and made it quick and friendly! Coincidentally we share the same last name with no relation. The only issue I experienced was with the unit itself. The storage door does not close completely and with the winds I fear that my things will not be dirt free when I'm ready to vacate.
