I'm very pleased with the gentleman that returned my calls. He was polite and helpful. He explained why my calls had not been answered and apologized for the misunderstanding I had. Thank you very much.

We have been trying to get a hold of someone all day bon Monday. Made a reservation nobody was there. Been up and calling every 30 minutes since 7am. Made another reservation again nobody answered phones or in office all day. Even left messages.

Reserved online called to see about appointment next morning and the gentleman running the place was great. He was super helpful quick and easy to understand. Price is fair after promotion.

Good customer service. The only thing it's a tight fit if you need to get a trailer in and out of the facility other than that the units are nice and the price is good!

A little disorganized they put me in a unit that was already in use but they were quick to fix the error and assign me a empty unit.

The in the office are super nice and eagar to make their customers happy

Good customer service the worker was nice and the storage was good I would recommend it to other people

I've gone to the storage unit a couple of times and no one is every there the doors are locked I've called left messages and no one returns my calls I moved in 2 months ago there was a person there then, they were running a special at the time and now I have to pay them! I don't have checks and they have no website to pay your storage fees with a credit card! Im very disappointed ready to remove my things and go elsewhere!Г°Еёв„ўВЃ

Very easy and smooth process.

It's is very clean but I think the prices are a little steep and not much room for vehicles to get by others when there in there units!

I found this company was easy to work with and obtain a unit in a timely matter.

Very clean nd affordable, friendly too

It's a clean, and our stuff is safe. Its a little tight fit getting in and out, but over all a good place.

It a pleasant experience. The reception are was a bit cluttered with boxes but was not dirty. I think it was do to the other businesses at the same office, ie the construction company. Thats why I rated the cleanliness of the faclity as average. Over all things went well.

I had a great experience with DSC Self Storage. Customer service was excellent and the storage facility looks fairly new. Came in from Texas and they took care of me from the time I reserved the storage which was three weeks prior. I would definitely recommend this facility to a friend,

VERY Narrow and DEAD END Drives Impossible to get a trailer into the property Only 2 sizes.... biggest is 10x10 too small for even a 2 bedroom house full of furniture
