The storage units are nice and I would recommend them to everyone, but the customer service is terrible. Most of the time there is no one in the office. If you want to speak to a live person, you will need to call and leave a message on their answering machine. If you are lucky, they will call you back. I have been leaving phone messages, with my contact information, for the past four months, and I didn't get a single call back. I visit my storage unit frequently and knock on the office door most of the times I go there. The door is always locked with no one inside.

The process was fast and the best deal in our area. The lady that completed our paperwork was friendly and helpful answering all of my questions.
