Ashley in Carlsbad, NM was awesome!!! She is very friendly and helpful. After she saw are 26’ U-Haul she moved us into another unit that was easier for the truck to manurer into. She showed us were are unit was it was clean and big. Great job Ashley and U-Store-It

I recently moved to New Mexico, I had not secured a place to live yet. Found U Store It via Selfstorage.com reservation was quick and easy. The same day I received a call from U-store it to confirm my reservation. Ashley is super helpful and got me through the paperwork fast. While I didn't reserve a spot to park a vehicle, there were some available and I was able to get that taken care of the same day. Very much appreciated. Thank you.
