Storage was clean staff was friendly & helpful

You offered me a deal for $23 a month but the storage changed the price and it was $36 per month. What is going on? Do I need to report you to Customer Financial Protection Bureau for playing this sickening game?

Checked out a few storage facilities in Las Cruces. We found the unit with Hwy 70 through Spare foot. Great price, service manger was efficient and professional. The climate controlled building is clean and well lite. Dollies are provided and elevator is spacious. We are satisfied with the 10'×5' unit.

Arrived in person and was told the unit was not climate controlled and unit did not look too clean

This is the Valhalla of storage facilities. It has an enormous variety of storage possibilities in terms of size, temperature controlled or not, in a location that is extremely secure, at incredibly competitive prices, with a wonderfully friendly and helpful staff.

I was in a rush to get into a climate controlled storage unit because I was pressed for time. The customer service was top notch and I would recommend them to anyone needing similar services.

Candice was very helpful and very polite. She made sure that I got my move in special and was very informative about all the upcoming changes. She also let me know how I can get extra perks with the unit and save money by referring friends to this location, which works out because I have a friend who will be moving here soon as well. Candice did a great job of showing me my units location and checking to make sure it is clean before I move my stuff in. I was very happy with her services.

I am extremely happy that I chose this facility even though I no longer live on that end of town and it is a further drive. It is well maintained and easy access from highway.
