The woman that helped me was quite the woman.. . She was polite when she ddnt need to be and verbal when she shouldnt be... She had what i was assuming a cold that day... But even so, she was able to back out of the storage space i had started but didnt finish, all without charging me, and she made sure i felt secure... but the most unbelievable trait was her honesty! It sure was nice to see her.... honnesty!

The woman was extreamly charming... And the check in was easy as h@ll... This facility seems nice, the woman cleaned (swept) my spot right there and then... and they sold me the lock that im using... Over all, That woman was extreamly nice to see....

I came in during my lunch break and was able to fill everything out, sign paperwork, pay, and make it back to work in time. Front office manager was kind and helpful. I would recommend to go online and look at their options.

This is my second summer renting unit from this location. A new company recently purchased this storage unit and i was worried that i would not be able to get a good deal. However, the price is the lowest in town. The customer service here is really great too. I was lucky enough to deal with the same woman i dealt with last summer and she is and was very friendly. She showed me the unit first both times to make sure the size was right for me and the paperwork process was quick and went smoothly. The storage units themselves were very clean both times and I was able to pay for the entire summer up front since i will be out of town. Since the whole complex is fenced in and the storage units use individual locks (some of them have 2 locks) I felt very safe leaving my things there long term. I will definitely continue to use this place.
