We have always had a wonderful experience renting from Telshor Self Storage. We have had a unit off and on for many year. Their customer service is top notch.

Not sure if this is normal for storage places, but they lock the gates into the facility at 7pm, and if you are in the gates past that time, they say you will be locked in until morning. Very tight spaces for turning to get into the lanes, and you can NOT fit big trucks like u-hauls through the turns.

Manager went above and beyond to help me. So courteous and understanding. Informed me of all the coupons they have to help me save money. The situation sucks for needing storage but I am so happy i came to Telshor Self Storage.

Manager was not very helpful but she was informative. Wouldn't budge on insurance when i already have homeowners AND renters insurance. Bad business.

From time of signing paperwork to unlocking their lock my unit so I could move in was 40 minutes. No one answered the office phone when attempting to contact them during wait.

The reservation was easy to use with great customer service front the manager on site. The facility is safe, sounds with good respectable hours of operation

I reserved this unit online. It was very simple. I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t able to make it in on the day I said I would move in. The manager was kind enough to help me do another reservation. Very friendly and informative. The paperwork was easy enough and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t take too long. I was in and out in about 20-30 minutes. I look forward to have a continuingly great experience will renting at this location.
