I have rented from many storage facilities over the past 40 years, and this is by far the worst I have ever encountered. They seem intent on making it as difficult as possible for their customers to pay them. They do not accept cash or checks and direct you to make payments online or via a clunky automated phone system which will not allow you to make any advance payments. When you receive your billing notice at the end of the month, you only have about a 5-day window to call and make an electronic payment before you incur a late fee. A couple times early on I did send them checks and they would cash them and then tell me I hadn't paid. Absolutely horrible business! Was much better under the previous owners.

Caught around to a few places for a large storage. These guys were the best price. They were quick to respond, and they were very very easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

This was the most reasonable storage facility. Setting up an account and accessing the storage unit was streamlined and very fast.

The rental staff was courteous,fast, efficient, helpful,and friendly. I am happy for renting the storage unit from Vasa-Los Lunas. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know that needs a storage.
