Reasonable storage rates with helpful management.

Reserved online and then later called them to verify my reservation. They entered my info over the phone and had the unit available right away. Only thing was that when I arrived to move in, there were a few small things left behind and a couple of bags that were trash from the previous renter and dirt inside that had to be swept out.

Airport Road self storage is the most affordable Storage place in Santa Fe. Great customer service , Ray rocks ! Good experience all the way round !

No problem with on-line reservation ... company followed up several times and answered questions .Only problem I had was Google maps sent me down the wrong road. Will continue to use and recommend.

Even though I had confirmed reservations the system didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work. Unless you have reliable high speed internet the paperwork is nightmarish. I am relocating so access to internet is limited. The current covid restrictions also increase the difficulty even though I have been vaccinated.

Ray was absolutely wonderful in accommodating all my move in needs. He went above and beyond even after office hours to see that my move went well. Made the entire process so easy. Although the facility is a lot further from the place Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m living itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s worth the 20min drive it takes me to get there. The 24/7 access is one of the main reasons I decided to rent with Airport Rd Self Storage. Thank you for making my move quick and stress free.

I called and asked if I could come earlier than my scheduled move in date. The owner was accommodating, courteous and helpful. The paperwork was easy and quick and I would recommend if you're looking for a reasonably priced storage unit!

Right from the start this was an easy decision. The manager ( Ray ) was extremely helpful and we were very satisfied with our storage unit. Access is readily available and we were pleased with the location. Highly recommended.

Called the 800 number and completed everything via phone in less than 10 minutes. Went to the site, met the on site manager who was very friendly and helpful.

Ray is a hilarious and wonderful New Mexican guy. He was helpful and accommodating and I wish he was my real landlord not just my storage one!

I've been pleased with my experience. I definitely recommend.

We ordered (2) storage units, both 30 foot units for 219.00. When we had made arrangements to show up at the facility with our furniture, without warning, this place has NOTHING available. Has NOT had anything available for some time. Do not count on this facility unless you are absolutely certain you have paid for your unit. There is nothing here! No reliability, No accurate pricing and certainly a waste of time and money. Watch out! False advertisement!

This is a great storage facility & is very secure , well lit and am satisfied. They advertise 5x10 units but they are actually 5x9 - which was disappointing, but overall I am pleased with the unit and the management.

The manager was great that's onsite but when I reserved it through the 800 number I told him what I was storing and when I got there it wouldn't all fit

Move in was easy and the manager at the site was helpful. I've rented space there in the past, and will continue to do so when needed.

I moved here from California and nothing about this Storage facility has been stressful. It was quick and customer service was definitely outstanding!!! I would have given a ten rating on how professional yet friendly my experience was. I recommend this storage facility to anyone, friend or family members! I reserved a space using their 1-800 number after finding them online.. Very helpful and friendly staff, both on the phone and at the storage unit. Location and unit were clean and easily accesable. All-in-all a very pleasant experience. I dinged them one star for not having a security gate at the entry. The facility is locked down at night, but I'd still like a security gate during the day.

Wouldn't honor confirmed reservation made through U-Haul. Insisted I pay more. I left. Both employee and owner gave me a song and dance, worthy of a used car salesman. Just read the snide response manager left other reviewers to see how unprofessional he is.

I had a great experience in registering and storing my things. the whole thing only took about 20 min to sing, register and unload! easy access and clean storage units. I give an A rating!

the unit is fine. The presents of a rodent bait makes me somewhat nervous. Ice and snow made it difficult to manoeuver the van. the manager did not have time (appointment) to do any paper work, other than me writing down my info and credit card #, and that is ok, but so far I have not seen anything that formalizes this rental.

Only wished it was gated, but the place was nice, not expensive at all, and the office manager was friendly, direct and fast.
