Reserved online and then later called them to verify my reservation. They entered my info over the phone and had the unit available right away. Only thing was that when I arrived to move in, there were a few small things left behind and a couple of bags that were trash from the previous renter and dirt inside that had to be swept out.

Even though I had confirmed reservations the system didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work. Unless you have reliable high speed internet the paperwork is nightmarish. I am relocating so access to internet is limited. The current covid restrictions also increase the difficulty even though I have been vaccinated.

Ray was absolutely wonderful in accommodating all my move in needs. He went above and beyond even after office hours to see that my move went well. Made the entire process so easy. Although the facility is a lot further from the place Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m living itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s worth the 20min drive it takes me to get there. We ordered (2) storage units, both 30 foot units for 219.00. When we had made arrangements to show up at the facility with our furniture, without warning, this place has NOTHING available. Has NOT had anything available for some time. Do not count on this facility unless you are absolutely certain you have paid for your unit. There is nothing here! No reliability, No accurate pricing and certainly a waste of time and money. Watch out! False advertisement!

This is a great storage facility & is very secure , well lit and am satisfied. They advertise 5x10 units but they are actually 5x9 - which was disappointing, but overall I am pleased with the unit and the management.

I reserved a space using their 1-800 number after finding them online.. Very helpful and friendly staff, both on the phone and at the storage unit. Location and unit were clean and easily accesable. All-in-all a very pleasant experience. I dinged them one star for not having a security gate at the entry. The facility is locked down at night, but I'd still like a security gate during the day.

the unit is fine. The presents of a rodent bait makes me somewhat nervous. Ice and snow made it difficult to manoeuver the van. the manager did not have time (appointment) to do any paper work, other than me writing down my info and credit card #, and that is ok, but so far I have not seen anything that formalizes this rental.
