There were some mixups when it came to actually moving in and it took a little bit to get someone to get back to me, but when she did she handled it really well and everything worked out great!

The person I spoke with over the phone, Bambi, was extremely helpful and friendly in setting up our unit, and the promotion we got via Sparefoot made it wonderfully affordable. Once weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d paid, moving our stuff in was a simple and fast process; I appreciated the option to purchase a lock conveniently left within the unit. I already recommended this facility to another friend!

I needed a unit on a spur of the moment and the online process was simple, fast and worked out well. Unit was clean, and looked like new .

The place is of easy access, the facility is clean, and it seems to be a safe place to store your RV, or vehicle. The bays, are covered, but most donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have back or side wallsﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ but I think all have electrical hook-ups for RVs. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll update the review, after my truckﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s storage time ends. The booking was easy, and the communication top notchﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ I wish Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d remember the name of the nice woman who called me to follow up, with detailsﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ thank you!!

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not a bad storage place it has its positives and negativesThe move-in was easy the sides at my storage unit was in was robbed while I was in a client of theirs and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m trying to close down one unit and keep the other and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s become a bit of a nightmare and I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get anybody to answer and theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re probably gonna charge me a late fee anyways because I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get it to work because theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re both hooked together even though one is empty and cleaned out and ready to be given back

I took advantage of the current offer of 50% off the price for the 2nd and 3rd months. I liked that I was given the direct phone number to an employee on the day of move-in because I discovered I had to have a larger storage area. She made the change quickly and easily.
