First time storage rental. A wonderful efficient service was all done on line . Just had to show up and move in. Easy access. Self explanatory Recommend for all storage needs.

Nice staff and clean facility. Thorough and efficient sign up process, streamlined everything. For first time visit, I went there at night and it was daunting and a bit scary,, me being a woman alone. Make sure to get a map before you go in, in case you get lost, and also for the restrooms. Could use more explanation of what to expect, in fact a video of how to open the lock/shutters would be useful.

This place was very clean and well lit. Easy to maneuver down the isles. Alex and Veronica were great people to work with on setting up bookings and paper work. I would recommend this place to any one.

Great customer service and timeliness

This facility seems brand new and is very clean and well lit. I like the special secure cylinder locks that are used even though I had to purchase one. My concern is that currently the only security is the lock on my unit. The outer garage door as well as the door to the interior are both unlocked. I never had to use a security code to enter.I was told on Saturday when I rented it that it was being fixed shortly, but when I moved in on Thursday it still had not been repaired. One reason I chose this facility is because of its security but it doesn't feel very secure right now.
