Customer service was very helpful, answered all my questionsﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ climate control is a necessity for meﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦthe 3 month half-off promotional rate was very importantﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦIﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m a senior citizen on a fixed income, unit very clean no damage, easy access and the fact that there is a 24 hours access is very convenient, other facilities do not offer thatﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦsecurity tight, also location is convenient for me and again it was just an overall good experience, thank you so much!

My best choice for a storage facility in the Carson Valley. I have used the facility in the past and will use again in the future.

Yesterday I wrote a review that said they did't honor the $10 reduction for booking on line. Yesterday evening they called and said they had not seen the ad offering that premium and are giving me the reduction as advertised. As I said, they are very friendly and nice. I am sure it was just a snafu.

I made an on line reservation for a 5x5 I thought climate controlled unit. When I got there they said they were out of that size climates controlled. I had thought that size would be big enough. I was disappointed they didn't have climate control. When I looked I decided a 5x10 would be better, so that is what I got. They charged me $78 dollars. I see on the page you sent that $68 is the charge if you make a reservation on line. It doesn't seem fair that I get gigged for up grading. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The unit was clean and very nice. The thermostat was set on 80 which seemed a little high on a 90 degree day. I would prefer the temp not to be higher than 70. I am paying for the climate to stay at a middle range.

With a phone call and a quick stop in the office the efficient & friendly staff helped me find an appropriate space to rent.

This facility is one of the better ones. Prices are reasonable; the paperwork is straight forward; and the staff is very helpful, friendly, and professional. There are security cameras all over the property, and a rod iron fence surrounds the entire facility. The premises are kept very clean and a brand new black-top has just been applied on the asphalt surface. I would highly recommend this self storage facility.

I rented a 15x30 storage and also a unit air conditioning and heat in winter. These people are nice, they know what they are doing and I got a great deal. 10 stars
