Good place to store a vehicle good price and customer service

The price I was quoted to me by the agent, for the first month was less than what they actually charged me when I went there to park my RV. The difference of 24.60. When I pointed out the email that had the rate for the first month then they said they would credit my credit card 24.60, but so far no credit to my credit card. People make decisions based on the initial quote and if that number is going to be totally different, to me that is unethical. Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s all I can say.
