So far it has been excellent.

Since I moved-in my only complaint is, the door is hard to open. My son was here to help me with the first two loads, now I'm on my own. I had to get down on my knees to push the door up.

First time ever renting a storage unit, so I have nothing to compare too. The unit was clean, just a little dusty. I was given a free lock, which wasn't expected, but was a nice surprise. I feel the place is pretty secure. The assistant was very nice and helpful.

Great price, ample units. 24/7 access. Friendly service.

The 5X10 is perfect for my bike. Could roll right into the nice clean room. I think Mr. T was happy.

I like everything about this storage unit except that it is such a long drive from Reno and even Carson City proper. It's good if you don't mind the long drive.

Overall I was very pleased.Not only with the customer service part but with the entire facility as a whole.I plan on not only keeping my storage unit as long as possible,but also plan on recommending this business to everyone I know.

I found the staff extremely personable and professional. The facility is very clean and secure. I have no concerns about storing my things there and I would recommend them to anyone I know. The person I spoke with at Sparefoot was also very courteous.

I appreciate the clean, gated facility and friendly, no hassle service. We live nearby which is one reason I chose them, but I wish I had gone online as I see I could have saved $$ monthly on a unit. Overall, though I have no complaints and would easily recommend this storage facility to friends or even to a stranger.
