Since I moved-in my only complaint is, the door is hard to open. My son was here to help me with the first two loads, now I'm on my own. I had to get down on my knees to push the door up.

First time ever renting a storage unit, so I have nothing to compare too. The unit was clean, just a little dusty. I was given a free lock, which wasn't expected, but was a nice surprise. I feel the place is pretty secure. The assistant was very nice and helpful.

I appreciate the clean, gated facility and friendly, no hassle service. We live nearby which is one reason I chose them, but I wish I had gone online as I see I could have saved $$ monthly on a unit.
