We were looking for storage near Walmart in Gardnerville where we do our grocery shopping, and this facility is conveniently located a block away. I immediately found a live person to talk to when phoning, who reserved the unit I was looking for immediately. When checking in a few days later, Julie was ready for us and made the sign up process seamless. The prices are right, and the unit was clean. Thank you everyone for making this so easy for us!

Excellent Experience! I did research on all the storage companies in the city I was looking at. By far Public Storage had the best situation to meet our needs. I booked online and soon after received a call to follow up. Of course I had many questions! They were very accommodating when I had to change my move in date forward 4 days and we even arrived early and that was no problem. The unit was clean and easy to access. This is the first time we have needed a storage unit, I would highly recommend them.

It snowed here, my storage unit is in the shade, they need to put out de-icer in the shady spots AFTER the snow storm not before. Too many people had issues getting to their storage units and the number box to open the exit gate because of the ice. If not for the nice person at the front desk coming to break up the ice with a shovel, I would not have been able to open my storage unit because of the ice.

I received a call to confirm reservation while enroute to storage facility which was 250 miles away. I arrived past 4:30 on Sunday but Cindy stayed to complete paperwork and secure storage. All this happened while a snow storm was occurring.
