The under cover storage was ok, but very tight. If one trailer was on the line, you could not park next to it. Had time move to another spot.

Clean, easy to move-in, friendly staff, and great security

I have stored my things at various storage units and can honestly say this is the most clean and friendly place yet! I came because the deal on the 5X5 is unbeatable anywhere else in Las Vegas, but unfortunately it was too small for my queen size bed (I knew that would potentially be the case). I went the size up, 5X10 and the price was still within my budget. It is extremely clean in the hallways and in the units themselves. I do wish my unit was not so far down the hallway, but what can you do - not their fault. Also, I really like that they check the locks 3 times a day. I definitely feel as though my belongings are safe there. The woman helping me was very, very kind and knowledgeable (especially since she told me she was a newer employee).

Where to begin. I gave this location at Horizon & Horizon in Henderson, NV all 5 stars!! And it's true. Clean, secure, climate controlled and I was very lucky to get a unit upstairs right around the corner from the elevator! The CSP's were so helpful and friendly. I don't have a worry in the world about my stuff knowing it is safe with them. Thanks so much!!!!!
