The location is only a 5 minute drive from home. The elevator access is most helpful. My storage unit is the perfect size, cost, location. The office personnel provided excellant customer service.

Been a while since I needed a storage facility, but they couldn't have made it easier. Everything was set up on line and we literally spent 15 minutes if not less formalizing everything in the office. Our unit is perfect for our needs and the gated access is real easy to use. Will absolutely recommend whenever possible.

Very helpful from the get go! I called for information and they were very helpful! They reserved a space that was available. When we arrived, we were greeted with a very kind, patient employee, who guided and helped us through every step! I would recommend highly!!

We had to wait for a half-hour before we could enter the building. Everything went smoothly after that. The staff was friendly and professional.

Too many conflicting requests, 1st needed registration then needed title of my trailer and then the certificate of origin was needed. Only needed a place for a week.

I like how fast and easy it was to get my unit. Staff was very friendly and helpful and gave me an answer to all questions I came up with. I appreciate the hours being a little longer than most storage facilities. Happy so far!

I was already in a difficult situation but having to move out of my apartment and cleaning it and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m doing it alone just my sister and I so when I came to the point and what am I gonna do with all this stuff instead of putting it in her garage I decided to rent a storage unit once again when I got there the guy behind the counter he was very patient even though I was irritated tire plus not to forget that I was hungry and in desperate need of a shower but anyway but it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t because of him and by the time I got to talking and getting things done I was OK and he was patient and to my surprise whenever I need help with anything he was there to help thank you life storage

Unit was clean. The only thing I would suggest is you install lights. Pretty dark

It was easy and pain free. It did not take a lot of time to set up.

This location has good customer service. I like that it is a temperature controlled facility. I do not like the way the lights in the hall ways are operated. I have to walk to the opposite side of the building to turn on a timer switch. The switch needs to be closer.

I recently moved from a different storage facility because my unit was burglarized twice in two weeks and the facility has become a haven for homeless people and vandals. I really like the staff at Life Storage and security is so much better, plus the price for the same size unit is $30 cheaper at Life Storage! I'm pleased with my decision to move over to them!

I got a 10 x 10 space for $52.00 a month! When I went to see the unit, I saw why-- there is about an 18 inch gap filled in with clear fiberglass in the very top back of the unit. It's a security risk if the tenant in back of you decides to steal your stuff. I'm putting furniture in my unit. If they can get it out that way, they've earned it!!! :)

I've only just started moving into my storage unit. Its a very clean and secure facility. The pricing is consistent with other facilities.

Glad I found this place after going to so many others where I thought I'd found a bargain only to be disappointed with their ad lies.

After going to multiple storage companies that claimed "Climate Controlled" or "Air Cooled" units, this is only one that lived up to that advertising claim! Somebody ran into the exit gate and bent it out of commission, so that's the only reason I put a medium rating of Security. Otherwise, they have multiple cameras, keypad entry to enter the property and the main storage building, and each unit is alarmed.

We just moved here from Michigan and when looking for storage they not only had the best price the service was fantastic. Tad assisted us through everything and we couldn't have ask for better or more courtious service thank you!!

My first vist with Alex was amazing and i would love to have her back at this location. My second time was okay.

The only reason I gave the cleanliness a 4 instead of a 5 is because if I had a broom with me I would have swept out some debris that was left behind. Miss Jessica and Brittney were fantastic. The unit I had reserved I decided was going to be too claustrophobic for me and Miss Jessica walked me around to several other locations before deciding on the one best suited for me. The location is great, the prices are reasonable and pay for a year and get a month free, so there are deals to be had. I am very happy to have found these people.

She was incredibly helpful, stayed after hours to make sure the paperwork was done and I got my keys and a new lock. For sure the level of professionalism and service was first class.

The whole process was great. Within an hour after I reserved my unit I received a call to see if I had any questions. When I went there I was shown the unit first .

This is by far the best storage I have been to much less rented. Ive been treated with the highest customer service and I have already referred a family member to this location.

We found a great price online and were happy to find a storage unit in out budget. We also loved that there was no contract, because we do not plan on keeping items in the storage long term. The storage facility is clean and spacious with great staff. Will always recommend.

I reserved a unit on the website and when I went in to sign the papers, they moved me to a unit near the elevator. Less walking and carrying.

Security-We notice there were homeless people living in the facility and were thrown off by it. We were never told that there would people living on site, aside from the manager. Customer Service-The customer service was great initially however while we were moving in; we spoke to the manager about the homeless person at the gate entrance and all around the facility as we moved in....however the manager shrugged it off and said he was harmless. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a little scary when you are going to your unit and someone is follow youﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ Cleanliness- I was excited to move in because the deal was so great online however I was a little concerned when we were shown our unit which was not so clean. The manager quickly got us in a new unit without a problem.

not happy about the start up fee. or the mandatory insurance. im paying a mo. fee it should already be insured. never had to pay for insurance and fees before.

The manager I signed up with was extremely helpful. She also said that I saved $50 off the normal price by going online through sparefoot. I rented a 10'x20' unit for $105/mo plus ins. and was pleasantly surprised to see the 12' ceiling. it's huge. I moved a lady friend's stuff from a 10' x10' in a Public Storage unit in L.A. where she was being gouged for a ridiculous $158/mo. I also moved my 10' x 10' unit to this one. We're saving over $150/mo. They let you in until 10pm, too.

Be sure to call ahead and double check prices, there were fees that they didn't mention when we reserved the space........
