I have been there twice and everyone is very friendly and it's a great atmosphere.

I reserved a large unit in Henderson, Nevada for our move and she was ready for me when I got there. She quickly gave me a tour and finished the paper work so I could start the unloading process in which she had a flat bed push cart I could borrow. That was a tremendous help.

Public Storage has been been great to me. I was able to get the size unit I needed and feel my belongings are very safe with the security Public Storage provides. When I call to make my payment, they are friendly and it is a quick process.

I have used Public Storage a lot in the past years. Great service. The facilities are usually clean and good security measures in place. This month, I was notified upon my arrival that I had to purchase a new lock from them that was applied to the storage unit I was renting, but it was not in the email I received with the cost of the storage. Overall the service at Public Storage has been great! Thank you.

I rented a storage for 5 years never had any problem move out of state I down size from a 5 bedroom house to a condo the young lady in the office was really helpful very clean safe place.

Hidden fees (administration fee & lock purchase) not discussed over the phone and charged when I showed up in person. I was told I couldn't use my own lock and had to buy one from them.

Everything turned out well on a very rainy cold night.

The manager (Marie) was very helpful when my belongings showed up sooner than expected via a semi. I got the right size unit that was semi accessible.

The fact that your units REQUIRE that insurance be added to the price of the unit, needs to be disclosed on your website. Believe I would have shopped around a bit more. Have never been required to carry this.
