The "Eagles" said it best. Peaceful easy feeling safe & secure. The customer service is outstanding and personable creating a "welcome to our 'lil' family". Its a short and beautiful drive out of the city and a stunning drive at twilight with the city lights bedazzaling the ever approaching skyline back into the city.

Honestly, the price and everything was great. My only complaint was the space itself was dirty... Not like a nasty dirty but it looked like they didn't sweep for a while and there was A LOT of dust.

Found this place to put a few things in storage while waiting for a job transfer. The Lady that was there graciously helped us out even though we were there 30 min early before opening, We had driven 6 hours and would have waited, but the lady insisted on helping us. We got the storage unit we wanted within 15 minutes. We got a nice small unit inside the building that was very clean. Security is excellent. You need a code to open the gate in order to drive on property. Then you need a code to open a door to have access to building where the unit is, Our unit then has a lock. No one can walk on property.. The lady who helped us worked for the company but lived in San Diego and was helping set-up and organize property. She was very professional and went out of her way to help us. Thanks.

I moved my stuff into storage on July 3 with a hired pickup truck; however, I accidentally left something there I needed to keep out. On July 4, I took a bus to the area and walked to the storage locker. Because this is Vegas in the summer, I went early to avoid walking in the heat. I got in fine and took care of business. The problem was I could not get back out!!! The gates only open from the inside for vehicles. I called the number on the sign and it went to voicemail. I called the emergency contact number on the door and it was a wrong number. I checked my email and called the number for customer service and he said he only dealt with the software for online accounts. The customer service representative recommended I call the police, which I did. They came and got me out. There really should be a keypad on the inside to allow pedestrian traffic to exit. If I had not had my phone with me, I could have died with no water in the 100 temperature.

I needed a storage facility for a last minute move. I looked online and found Fast and EZ. I called and Ernest answered and was super helpful! When I arrived there, He went out of his way to give me all the information I needed and got my paperwork done in 15 minutes! I like this location because it is closed to the freeway and really secure. I also noted that they had been renovating everything. Price was the clincher when I saw the facility. I'm really grateful for all the help. Kudos to Fast n EZ. Thanks Ernest!
