Being able to reserve a storage spot online was quick and easy. I didn't have to talk to anyone, but great customer service as the employee at the storage place followed up to see if I needed any help.

Becky who guided me through the storage process was easy, she was very personable, a delight and refreshing to talk to. She was also very knowledgeable about the units the paperwork was easy. Becky explained everything in detail. I would recommend this location to my friends. Take my word for it she made me very comfortable and at ease, as moving is a stressful. PS. I had to transfer to a bigger unit for one week cost me !$109 moved out a wk later never got a penny back will . never go back again rip off. No prorated $ back so in all cost me 74 plus 109.= $183.00 will never use this place again nor should anyone else.

I loved this storage place. I called around to so many different places . Got the run around and high prices. I called this one last was told it's a dollar to rent your first month . It comes out to actually 25 in some change plus the cost of your lock . I paid 57 total for a huge storage unit. And on top of it I didn't have a car nor uhaul and the manager inside helped me ask to other customers if they wouldn't mind helping and they did. This site and there manager and employee are A1 I will tell everyone rent storage units here .

the unit that was available was very much to my liking. easy to get at. i even stopped in the office after a few trips t say "thank you" to where my unit is located and easy to get to

It's a decent storage facility in a questionable neighborhood and it's clear that the employees are doing the very best for their customers that they are able. There are signs up stating that the facility is closed after 6PM on weekdays and after 5PM on weekends "until further notice" and that they are "sorry for any inconvenience." I can only assume this is due to people living in the units as so many recent news reports indicate. I appreciate that they make any effort at all to deal with this problem.

I signed up for a storage unit the last of May 2014. The man said I was getting a Memorial Day Discount of 50%. Not sure if that was correct or just to make me feel good. Any way I kept the unit for two months until we had moved into the new residence. It was in a convenient location in the yard to use, easy to get to. Large enough for all we needed to store. Always polite service when we opened and closed the transaction.
