I would highly recommend the storage facility to anyone looking to store items fairly quickly without a hassle to reserve the unit. The office manager Sara was extremely kind to my two young children and I as we came in to get our reservation, confirmed and move into our unit. She was even so nice as to give us peanut butter cookies after we left our Google review, which was a very honest, five stars!

Very easy to sign up, and very happy with my storage unit! The sign up process was not as easy as the ideal web site, but it all worked out ok. (It thought I was storing a vehicle at the site, which was surprising since I only signed up for a 10x10 foot unit...but it all worked out and the manager of the unit was very nice, professional and efficient and she got everything all straightened out immediately) The 10' x 10' unit has plenty of space for everything I will need to put into it, so I am very happy with the purchase!

Owners are GREAT!! VERY pleasant. Made securing the storage unit easy. Worked with me in changing the size of unit at the last minute, which was so important, due to unexpected changes in my plans.

Because of a change in my life I really needed to find extra space. Called many other Facility's & never spoke with such nice & friendly group of people. I have to admit I was shocked to see the Insurance for no one mentioned it. Would have been nice to hear in the beginning. But for what it would cost thru my Ins. it would have been a whole lot more. Also since it's already included in the Rental Fee, not even going to notice it. The other item that was helpful was the use of the truck. May have had to load myself (well with Niece's help), but that was okay - At least I didn't have to drive...

Anyone can rent a space to someone, but it's the customer service that makes it the best here! Everyone was helpful and amiable!

Very, very amiable and helpful staff - from Sara in the office to the gent who drove the golf cart and showed me my unit (wish I could remember his name)! The unit was clean and well maintained, but that could be anywhere - it was the staff that made the difference!

I was treated like family the moment I walked through the door. Fast and friendly service and a very clean, safe, and reasonablly priced facility. I've used a lot of storage facilities and A-American is winner, winner chicken dinner. Oh and if you move in on Tuesday you might even get a cookie hot out of the oven.

I received a quote from them and went to sign paper work. This is when I was told that there is a $9 additional fee for insurance. I have great insurance, but it doesn't matter. Even if they remove the insurance, you are still charged the $9 every month. Been meaning to contact the Insurance Commissioner to see if this is legal. The paper work process was a disaster. The clerk had no idea how to process my card and ended up running my card three times. It is not protected well at all. I have dirt that has blown in from outside and nothing I can do to protect my things. Count down to having my garage finished and I'm out of this horrible place. I would never recommend to anyone!

Roomy and great service, they also helped me find the perfect size unit!

So far so good. Checkin went smoothly. We were able to move out reservation up a day due to unexpected circumstances. Front desk offered homemade cookies to my kids. Nice touch. Overall really great place. Friendly and very clean.

I was very surprised when I was told that there was a 1 trip truck and driver available at no charge. The location seems quite clean, safe and secure. I would definitely recommend to others!

We just moved in but it went smooth and the manager was very nice. As soon as we put in the reservation she called to follow up and make sure we knew the hours and how the worked.

Prices were competitive, easy access, no problems with security.

This was such a stressful move so to get to the property and be treated with respect, with management taking the time it took to check us in and staying in the end to make sure we were not locked in was such a blessing. I am happy I chose this place to store my stuff during my transition.

Would be nice if they transitioned to an electronic system, everything else is great.

The office manager Kenny is very nice. Paperwork was fast and easy. I used the free moving truck, and the driver was incredibly nice as well. He went above and beyond. Price is really good as well, I was surprised at how much space I got for such a low price.

everything went smoothly

The unit lived up to expectations and was clean and kept up. The manager was willing to work with me when they disclosed some shady fine print about the move in special. All in all, a good experience.

No suprises just good service. Needs to come into the 21st century ad not hand write the application then transcribe into the database. upgraded for just $2.00 more.
