As far as late rent there is a 2 day grace and at 7 day a lockout, but will hold your storage for 2 months unlike most places that will seize and sell after a lockout. Another great example of receiving and retaining business as opposed to being greedy in a turbulent economy. Final note…no contracts!!!!…overall…the best deal in town…PS…PS…they also have a moving truck they let people use that you can schedule and reserve…secure that in advance as this storage is a hot commodity and the best deal in town.

Even though I booked online they called me and let me know that there were a couple other units a little bit bigger that were around the same price if that would help me out. They went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information needed to make an informative decision.

Easy access, location convenient

I was there but it was hard for me to rent it to their conditions. They close the gate early and I work late I don't have time to take the stuff in time. Uncoviniant scheduled.

Easy to find and pricing is great

The truck driver was late. Rushed us the entire time. Parked at the stairs on the opposite side our storage space was on, making it so much harder to move all our things. He demanded we unload on the spot cause he was busy. The elevator was supposed to be repaired and ready to use 4 days prior to when I actually move my fingers in and yet was still not working what's left is carrying all our heavy furniture and possessions up a flight of stairs and all the way down a hallway to the opposite end of the storage building. The entire experience was grueling.

Rented unit for 60$ a month, 19.99 to move in as advertised and a free use of the moving truck. Truck came on time and friendly service.

The grounds are nice. The interior is run down. It's annoying using the elevator but the price is good.

Office personnel was nice and greeted us right away. After signing paperwork we were shown where our unit was. The property manager met us at our locker and introduced himself. Very nice experience.

It was cheap which is what I was looking for. The area wasn't great, but acceptable. The corridor for the unit I had was a little dirty and kind of unkempt. Other than cameras and a key-code gate I didn't really notice a ton of security which made me a little nervous but I guess that is what you get for the price.

I reserved my unit online, which I loved. The only thing I didn't like was that the mandatory insurance isn't included in the price. When I arrived at the facility the manager was great. I am very happy with this company/location.

Only an inconvenience... getting a hand truck for transfer of goods to the 2nd floor must come from the office and be returned. somewhat of a distance for someone with impaired mobility. Otherwise all is well.

The facility is what I expected but the web pricing did not fully list all charges. #1 = The price was listed at $21 per month period. The next day the facility did give me a clarifying call to say "oh by the way" their is a $9 per month insurance requirement for $2500 of coverage that is very steep. You can get a whole house of coverage for less than that price but I accepted anyway It was cool they called on their own to clarify. 2) When I arrived there was a $19.95 fee for moving in that was not disclosed on the website 3) When I arrived they quoted me $23 and have emailed twice my original quote and the issue still has not been resolved 4) I only plan to be in the unit 3 months so not a big deal dollar wise more truth in advertising principle and full disclosure to the consumer

I wouldnt reccommend this company causebof the driver he wouldnt help me move i was alone and had to move a queen sized bed down stairs aswell as a computer desk

I had a good experience reserving online and arriving at the facility to get exactly what I wanted and at the price I wanted. Kim and Jim are great and very helpful

I booked a reservation for a 5x10 on the first floor online using their website (sparefoot). It was great deal. The website said I could have it for $39 (maybe $36 I can't remember but I know for sure it was under $40). I booked it right before I drove down to their office. I get to their office and tell the guy working the desk I booked a 5x10 storage unit online and I would like to purchase it. First, the guy tells me we don't have any 5x10's on the first floor you must have booked it on the 2nd floor. No, I'm pretty sure it said 1st floor. No, there's no way you booked it on the first floor. Nope no way, let me see what we have though. Good thing they sent me an email after I booked the reservation. I showed him proof and he mumbled something I couldn't understand. Well, we don't have it but you can get this 5x15 for $78. No thank you! The guy said bye and I was out. That shit sucks! I drive all the way down there and you guys don't have what I reserved. At the very least, work with me and try to make deal. Get your website fixed!
