The storage facility staff were helpful in setting me up with a unit. The fork lift operator was very helpful in getting my items into my unit on the second floor.

I, of course, left thinking about a storage unit to the last minute but they saved the day. Not only did they have the perfect storage unit for me, they also sent a truck to move my things and the whole thing was easy and stress-free! I will absolutely recommend this place to all my friends.

The staff were great and helped me move into the storage unit. It was on the second floor but they used a fork lift to help me move my stuff up there. Prices were the best in town. They sell locks on site and insurance is included with the price

I needed a storage quickly, and at a good price. This place met those needs. Great Customer Service is always nice and this place provides that. Levi could not have been nicer and he answered all of the questions that my Wife and I had in a professional manner. A big plus is that they provide a truck to move my big items, very helpful. Nothing but POSITIVITY.

I wasn't expecting much from a storage facility, so I was pleasntly surprised by the two employees I met. That said, I would have liked to see that actual locker in better condition, i.e., lighting, removal of water on the floor.

Unit was small for the price, Difficult to access since I can't get my vehicle close to door. No access at all after 6:00pm. I will not be renting for long. Manager was nice.

The check in process was quick and easy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The prices were some of the best I found in town for the space. It is a little difficult to pull in to the location but it is on a side road with little traffic. Entry and exit with personal code is a breeze. I would highly recommend considering this storage location.

I have used your facility before and I have found it to be a safe place for my things. Service was curious patient and they will inform me with the ins and outs of storage units.

The staff is very helpful very nice clean units. My only complaint is the gate hours. If the sun is up, I need access to my storage.

Other than a mishap that included a credit cards expiration date, the storage facility was pretty rad. They always managed to help me and were never rude.

It's my first time using a storage unit, and A-American Self Storage on Valley road made it so quick and easy! Their prices are very reasonable -- plus they are very considerate to U of Nevada students and are willing to work with them. They have deals for U of N students as well! They are very friendly, and I am glad that I chose to store my items with them.

It seemed a little hectic, and it was difficult to retain anyone's attention for very long. Maybe it was because it's the beginning of the month, but I felt rushed and a nuisance when trying to view the spaces, review the paperwork, and go over the various rules and amenities. It was like I was in the way...

Value is good compared to other facilities nearby. Good customer service but facility is dusty ( might be due to nearby construction )

Fast and helpful

While I keep getting notices that I reserved this unit, when we went there to move in, they had no record of it. They were able to give us a unit though, so it didn't really matter, but it was a bit frustrating.

We were helped very promptly and efficiently on arrival; reservation made was immediately located, and paperwork completed. The forklift and metal "cage" used to transport our belongings to a 2nd floor unit was absolutely useful in moving our 2 twin mattresses and a mini-refrigerator ,even though there were no elevators. The unit was adequately clean; I would suggest bringing a large tarp or floor mat to protect items such as our mattresses (on the floor )if you have items like that- we just didn't think of it. As we forgot to bring our own padlock, they were able to sell us one. The 1st unit we were shown had not been cleared out and contained something nasty, but we were quickly shown a 2nd unit which met our needs....no complaints! Facility is conveniently located off the I-80 for a quick "in and out."

We were strapped financially and wanted to move my ex's stuff, so their $19.95 move-in promo with truck rental, etc. helped out greatly! The phone people were helpful, but I think I still needed to give them info even though I had already done that online or over the phone. Helpful staff, elevator would be helpful, but fork lift is good.

Very friendly and helpful customer service. No elevator to second floor storage but they have a forklift and they lift your stuff to the second floor for you.

Fantastic customer service. Assisted with rental truck turn-in issues that didn't have anything to do with their business and didn't directly benefit them. Far more helpful than I expected.

Service is good, but have concern about security. And the storage was fulled with garbage and dirty. Overall I am ok but I don't want to recommend this to others.

Both staff members I spoke with were extremely polite and helpful. They worked with my situation and were very nice to my son (who the unit was for). The overall process was quick and easy. Storage facilities are nothing new to me. I've stored my goods with a few storage facilities in other states. A-American has satisfied this picky, hard to please and critical person. The customer service was speedy, accurate and excellent. The facility is always clean. I would definitely recommend A-American Valley Road.

The office staff was very helpful and willing to answer questions. This is a very good location for university students storing stuff over the summer break. Highly recommended.

We rented 5x8 for summer to store furniture, clothes, linens, etc. Staff was more than helpful and we were done very quickly.

Simply one of the BEST Experiences I've ever had at a Storage Facility - and in the Military I moved 47 times. The office staff was wonderful. The forklift operator was amazing. He efficiently bounced back and forth between us and another person, suggested the best possible positioning and took extra-special care with my antique - yet still operating vacuum tube TV. I've taken years to downsize from a 1,500 sq foot, 3 bedroom house to a 16x12. A-American Self Storage's helpfulness made the entire process worthwhile!
