The Staff was amazing and easy to work with. The unit was clean and kept up really nice. Definitely happy with the choice I made to come and rent here.

We were very impressed with Pyramid Storage. It is modern, clean, well-run, and feels very secure. The gentleman who did our paperwork with us,Jeremy (I hope I have the spelling right), was friendly, helpful, thorough, and informative. The location is quite convenient, but our GPS got very confused trying to find it. Just follow the signs on Roberta Lane, and you'll be fine.

Staff made sure that the unit was large enough which it turned out not to be and changed the unit rapidly. Totally satisfied with all aspects of this storage co.

Everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful. The facility is in a great location and I was amazed at how clean and well-kept all the units were. Move-in was super easy and I love having 24 hour access.

I had a great experience with this facility. The gentleman took the time to actually SHOW me how to use the key pad and where my unit was. They provided me with a too notch lock and the first month free for being a Triple A member. Each unit has an alarm and the entire place is under surveillance. I highly recommend it.

I am very impressed with this facility. The staff made sure that the unit I selected was just the right fit. I had reserved an upstairs unit, but was given a downstairs unit instead. This was a great upgrade. I was surprised when I saw the unit was 5 foot deep and 10 feet long. This made it very easy to moving and because I am using the unit for my online business storage, it makes it really easy to fill orders.

Very helpful, took me to look at other units to pick the best ones for my needs.

Due to the helpfulness of the young man at the counter when we arrived, we actually upgraded to a larger unit, and we were (and still are) very pleased with the facility and the level of customer service!

I needed a storage quickly after selling my home and I was able to book it on line young lady working there very helpful and great customer service and accomodating.

I live in Alaska was moving stuff here from Idaho got ina car wreak had to gind a unit quickly. They were very accomidating fast friendly.

Then promised, a truck free and availabe...Horrendously comical to contact by name or listing..No one ever piks up phone..Lies..promises ..decent security..Bathroom smelled like someone forgot to spray the free atomizing spray after going #2..employee OR customer...

I had a great experience with Stan the Manager. He even offered to pull my boat out for me when I needed it. Place is clean and Stan works almost 7 Days a week!!

Was able to rent the unit and pay for everything online. Stan the manager was waiting for me when I showed up and even gave me a hand with my boxes! This is a great location next to Raleys so I can shop and stop by the storage anytime I need to.
