CubeSmart Self Storage - Sparks - 1060 Freeport Blvd

I was a tenant for over a year and needed a bigger unit so I inquired to the manager and he quoted me a price. I still had like a week left on my unit at the time but really needed to move into a bigger unit so I came back the next day to make the switch and pay the difference and all of a sudden the rate increased $15 for and he stated "yeah the rate can fluctuate up or down from day to day just how it is" ok I say I still have sometime let me explore my options because it really felt like he was just trying to get one over on me. So I let a few days pass and then I reserve another unit online for when the smaller unit is up hoping I can just pay online and not have to deal with the manager but no he comes rushing over in his little golf cart talking crazy to me and telling me that he didn't say the price fluctuates day to day and I misunderstood when I know for a fact what he said. And tries to threaten me saying I'll just terminate you then. Needless to say I found a another storage location with a friendly and professional staff that's very clear on their rates.

Cube Smart was an excellent value and ideally located to our home in Damonte Ranch. The price was right and the manager made the check-in process easy, plus the facility looked secure to me.

My experience with was great. I rented. On line but met with Tammy at your Freeport Sparks Nevada location. Tammy was very friendly, professional,knowledgeable and helpful. I referred my friend Travis who now has a unit at the same facility.

Manager very helpful and informative on my new 10 by 10 unit, the storage grounds and hours of operation. The grounds and my unit very clean and well maintained. Excellent choice for a storage unit !!!

Nothing special about this facility, but it meets our expectations and pricing, we feel comfortable recommending this place to others for the same reasons. Our initial check in was very simple, straightforward and easy. Mickeal was easy to work with and helpful.

The manager went out of her way on her day off to do my paperwork, so I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to wait. They were kind and helped me figure out all the details.

The process of moving in was quick and easy. Very friendly staff and good prices.

It took me a couple minutes to find my unit, but once I entered the office both ladies were very accommodating and welcoming. The area seems very safe and the security is good

Good location, great staff,ez access only thing is I wish they had better locking devices on the doors.Should be OK but could be better.

I would recommend this facility to anyone who has to get storage. The staff was amazing the price was great. Good job and thank you for everything you made me feel at home the day I arrived her in Nevada being that I came across th United States. Thank you once again you were great
