I was a tenant for over a year and needed a bigger unit so I inquired to the manager and he quoted me a price. I still had like a week left on my unit at the time but really needed to move into a bigger unit so I came back the next day to make the switch and pay the difference and all of a sudden the rate increased $15 for and he stated "yeah the rate can fluctuate up or down from day to day just how it is" ok I say I still have sometime let me explore my options because it really felt like he was just trying to get one over on me. So I let a few days pass and then I reserve another unit online for when the smaller unit is up hoping I can just pay online and not have to deal with the manager but no he comes rushing over in his little golf cart talking crazy to me and telling me that he didn't say the price fluctuates day to day and I misunderstood when I know for a fact what he said. And tries to threaten me saying I'll just terminate you then. Needless to say I found a another storage location with a friendly and professional staff that's very clear on their rates.
