We require each tenant to be enrolled in our Protection Plan to satisfy the lease. Please inquire with the Store Manager that is on-site after making your reservation regarding the size of unit you will be renting and the level of coverage specified for that unit.

The check-in process is quite tedious. But I believe thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s true everywhere. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s all digital so initialing and signing your name is tricky with a mouse. The first spot I was given was too tight for me to get my rig into. I found a larger one with nothing in front of it so I could back straight in. But there was a transfer fee and higher charge even though there were three of these spaces empty side-by-side. In addition, the documentation had to be completely done over. You would think once my account was set up everything I initialed and signed couldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been transferred to the new space, but it couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be. The staff was apologetic and friendly, but the policies of the company are inflexible and not customer service oriented. Since itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s all done on computers, they are not allowed to make modifications without higher authority.

Great value and location! We started the rental space process online and via phone. The site manager, Alanna, completed the rental details when and we moved in with zero issues. Alanna is super helpful and most professional! She answered all of our questions and more. Absolutely recommended!

We were looking for a storage in Reno not too far from the airport. We found Desert Highlands based on price and location. It was easy enough to reserve a space. This location was clean and very safe. The manager seemed to care that all clients were vetted and had the proper paperwork. I feel very secure knowing that our vehicle is safely stored.

This place sucks, well not the facility itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s self but the manager. I went in behind someone that was already going in and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t punch my code in, one time. So she cut my hours to office hours. Like thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not inconvenient or anything. If they are so adamant on you punching in your code every time you go through the gate then I feel like that is something they should stress to ppl when they are filling out the paperwork.

We have used DHMS before and recently returned because we ran out of room in our attic. We loved the people there then, and we still love them!! Convenient and we feel safe leaving our items there!!

Took only about 20 minutes paperwork and all to start move in. Great conversation and smiles included. Beautiful view from the higher storages. Having rented a few storage units over the years, this property feels safer than any of the others. The property and units are clean. Will be the first place I recommend to anyone if needed.

Excellent service. However, they were advertised to have a veteranﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s discount but when I got there her paperwork only was for active military. I showed her the ad that said retired veteran included and she was going to talk to management to verify.

Desert Highlands is very clean, with good drainage and enough space to easily drive to your unit. We were pleased to find that the top is insulated. Jaden made the process quick and easy.
